Francis Isola Omisade was born on April 15, 1966 in Ile-Ife, Osun State. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Magistrates’ Association of Nigeria. Prior to his appointment as a Magistrate in Osun State Judiciary in December 2000, he worked as a Litigation Officer in Yakur Local Government, Cross River State (1996 – 1997) as a Youth Corps member. He also had a brief practice in the Law Chambers of Bamidele A. Aiku (SAN) and Co. (1998 – 2000). He rose through the ranks and became DCR (Probate Matters) on 5 March, 2021. He was on 24th January 2023 made the Acting Chief Registrar of the High Court of Justice, Osun State. He enjoys reading and farming. He is married with children.

Asimiyu Abiona ADEBAYO hails from Ikirun, Ifelodun Local Government, Osun State. He attended: The Apostolic Church Primary School, Ipetu-Ijesa; Holy Michael High School, Ikirun; Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; The Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja. He worked as a Pupil Counsel at Olatoye Aminu & Co, Osogbo and while in practice, he appeared in the Magistrate's Courts and the High Courts in his own right as a counsel. He also appeared at the Osun State Boundaries Commission, Osogbo and the Court of Appeal together with his Principal, Olatoye Aminu Esq. He was appointed Magistrate Grade II in December, 2000 and thereafter worked in Iree, Igbajo, Ijebu-Jesa, Ipetu-Ijesa, Okuku, Ila-Orangun, Oke-Ila, Ibokun, Esa-Oke, Ilesa, Ile-Ife and Osogbo Magisterial Districts. He rose through the ranks to become the Deputy Chief Registrar V of the Osun State High Court in May, 2022. He is currently the Deputy Chief Registrar I (Admin). His hobbies include reading, travelling, farming and hunting. He performed holy pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia in 2012. He is married with children.

Justice Oyebola Adepele Ojo was appointed a Judge of the High Court on December 21, 2000 and sworn in as the first female Chief Judge on the 17th June, 2013.
Before His Lordship’s elevation as a Judge, His Lordship had been in full legal practice in the Law Firms of Galadima, Hussani & Co. (1986-1988), S.O Obande & Co. (1989-1990), Bola Ojo & Co (1991-1993) and Tunji Abolade & Co (1994-2000).
His Lordship presided at various times as Presiding Judge in the State Judicial Divisions namely: Ife, Ejigbo, Ikire, Iwo, and Ilesa Divisions. His Lordship was also on National assignments and functioned as Member of National Assembly/Governorship and Legislative Houses Election Tribunals in Nasarawa State and FCT Abuja, in 2003 and 2007 respectively and Member of National and State Houses of Assembly Election Tribunal in Bauchi State in 2011.
His Lordship has attended various seminars and refresher courses in the judicial circle.
His Lordship is blazing the trail as the Chief Judge of the High Court in restructuring, developing and re-organizing the Court system, rebranding the mentality and work attitude of staffs, attending to Judges, Magistrates and general staff welfare.
As the Chief Judge, His Lordship is the Chairman of the State Judicial Service Commission (JSC), Chairman of the State Administration of Justice Committee. His Lordship is a member of the Body of Benchers Council of Legal Education, Member of the Board of Governors of the National Judicial Institute.
His Lordship’s hobbies include dancing and research. His Lordship is a widow with children.

HON. JUSTICE O. D. AFOLABI
Judge
Hon. Justice Olayinka David AFOLABI obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Hons degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1990. He attended the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island Lagos between 1990/1991, passed his qualifying examinations and was thereafter called to Bar in December 1991.
He was one of the pioneer Corps members that served in the Ministry of Justice (Asaba) of the newly created Delta State. Upon completion of the Youth Service in 1992, His Lordship returned to the Faculty of Law, Obafemi Awolowo University for his postgraduate studies in Law (LL.M), which program was only completed in 1994 due to June 12 political crisis of 1993.
Hon. Justice Olayinka David AFOLABI, was in active legal practice before his elevation to the High Court Bench. He worked with the law firm of Yomi Afolabi-Oloja, of Sabo, Yaba Lagos state. The law firm was mostly involved in litigation covering land, chieftaincy as well as commercial disputes being legal retainers to several companies.
While undergoing his postgraduate studies, he also practised with the law firm of P.A Ogunleye & Co., in Ile-Ife where he was further exposed to intricacies of land litigation.
He set up his own Law firm Yinka Afolabi & Associates, a firm of lawyers that engaged in corporate, criminal and civil litigation in 1996.
While in legal practice, Hon. Justice Olayinka David AFOLABI, was an active Bar man. He was the Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association, Ile-Ife Branch, at the same time, a member of the National Executive Committee of the NBA from October 2003 until 19th May 2005 when he was sworn in as a Judge of Osun State High Court.
Since his elevation to the Bench his Lordship has served in different judicial divisions of the Court at different times including: Ilesa, Ikire and Osogbo Judicial Divisions. His Lordship currently presided in High Court No. 2 Osogbo Judicial Division.
Also, his Lordship has served in different capacities both at the State and National Levels. He was the Chairman of the Osun State Local Government Election Petition Tribunal in the year 2007; member, Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Jos, Plateau state in the year 2011; member, National Assembly and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal in Nassarawa State between November 2011/February 2012; member, Anambra State National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal, Awka in the year 2012.
Hon. Justice Olayinka David AFOLABI served as one-man Judicial Panel of Inquiry into the creation of Ijesa South Traditional Council, Osun State in 2009.
His Lordship has attended several conferences, training and seminars locally and internationally including: Mediation training for Nigerian Judges at Kennesaw State University, Atlanta Georgia, USA between 29th November 2012 to 12th December 2012; Training in Leadership and Professional Ethics and Training in International Arbitration at the same Kennesaw State University Atlanta Georgia USA between 5th to 10th August 2013 and 12th August to 14th August 2013 respectively and in 2020, Training organised by the Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators in Dubai, UAE and became a full-fledged member of the Institute.
Since his elevation to the High Court Bench on 19th May 2005, his Lordship has attended the biennial All Nigerian Judges Conference till date.
His Lordship is a Christian and a member of the Anglican Communion, Church of Nigeria. He has served in various capacities in his Diocese, Diocese of Ife before becoming the Chancellor of the Diocese since year 2016.
His Lordship is happily married and blessed with children.

HON. JUSTICE A. A. G. ONIBOKUN
Judge
HONOURABLE JUSTICE ADEDOTUN ADEDAMOLA GRACE ONIBOKUN graduated from the University of Lagos with an LL.B Hons Degree Upper Division in 1983. She was on Federal Government Scholarship from her First year in 1980 to 1983 having won the National Merit for the Best Outstanding result in the first year.
In the final year in 1983, she won the Vice Chancellor's Prize for the Best Performance at the Degree Level (Law); College/Faculty Prize for the best all-round Performance in the Faculty; Chief C. E. Abebe’s Prize for the Best All-round Final year student in the Faculty of Law 1983 and also Dr. Teslim Elias Prize for the student with best result in Jurisprudence and Legal Theory.
She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1984.
She also holds a Diploma in Management 1992; Certificate in Public Relations 1994; and an Executive Diploma in Human Resources Management with Distinction (1996).
She was the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to Rank Xerox H S Nigeria Limited where she won the Managing Director's Award of Excellence for Outstanding Contributions to the Company in 1995 before she went back to Private Legal Practice.
In year 2001 she joined the Public Service of Osun State as Director of Ministerial Counselling; and was later the Director of Litigation and Director of Public Prosecutions in that order before she was elevated to the position of High Court Judge in December 2005 and sworn in on 4<sup>th</sup> January, 2006.
As a High Court Judge, she is a two-time recipient of Letters of Commendation by the National Judicial Council (2008 and 2009). As a Judge she has served as Member, Local Government Elections Petitions Tribunal; and handled a One-Man public Inquiry into the Ogunsua Chieftaincy matter in Modakeke Town, Osun State.
Honourable Justice Onibokun is also a member of the Board of Trustees of International Public Law Society, ICON-S (Nigeria Chapter) under whose auspices she has also organized Workshops including:

She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, a Certified Document Examiner, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators Nigeria. She is widely experienced in Arbitration and is currently the Chairman of the Osun State Chapter of the Institute in which capacity she has presented papers, also organized several seminars and conferences. She has also chaired many conferences and seminars on Mediation, Arbitration and other subjects.
Honourable Justice Onibokun has published several articles in major publications and has edited and published books including:

It was also her lot to co-organise a webinar on ‘My Health the Legal Wealth’ with over 300 participants which included all strata of the Legal Profession including Hon. Justices of the Court of Appeal and of the Supreme Court.
A serial Award Winner, she was awarded one of the highest honour of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, THE SERVICE AWARD in November, 2019.

HON. JUSTICE A. A. ADERIBIGBE
Judge
Hon. Justice Dr. Adeyinka Adebayo Aderibigbe, (Ph.D, MICMC) was born on 7th day of December, 1967. He is from Iwo in Iwo Local Government, Osun West Senatorial District of Osun State. He had his Primary School education at Baptist Primary School, Ajasse-Ipo, Kwara State from 1973 to 1979. For his Secondary Education, he attended: Oro Grammar School, Oro, Kwara State (1979 - 1980); Anglican Grammar School, Orita-mefa, Ibadan, Oyo State (1980 - 1982) and Oluponna High School, Oluponna-Iwo, Oyo State (now Osun State) (1982 - 1984).
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria in 1988 and a Barrister at Law (B.L) from Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos in 1990. His Lordship later returned to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria where he obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M) in 2003, Master of Philosophy in Law (M.Phil) in 2014 and Doctor of Philosophy in Law (Ph.D) in 2019.
For his work experience, he started as Legal Officer II at Oyo State Ministry of Justice from 1<sup>st</sup> February 1991 to 27<sup>th</sup> August, 1991. When Osun State was created on 27th August, 1991 he moved to Osun State Ministry of Justice where he rose through the ranks to become the Acting Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary on 10th May, 2005. He was elevated to the Osun State High Court bench on 13th March, 2006 and has served in Ikirun, Osogbo, Ejigbo and Ile-Ife Judicial Divisions. He is presently the Administrative Judge in Ilesa Judicial and he also covers Ijebu-Jesa Judicial Division.
In his capacity as a Judge of the Osun State High Court, His Lordship has performed other judicial functions including: Member of the Election Petitions Tribunal in Akwa Ibom State in 2007 and Chairman, National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal (Panel l) in Abia State in 2019.
On 1<sup>st</sup> December, 2020, His Lordship obtained the certificate and was admitted to membership of Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators ICMC Nigeria on 1st December, 2020.
His Lordship is the present Chairman of the Osun State Branch of the Nigerian Red Cross Society.
He has attended several seminars, workshops and conferences in Nigeria and overseas.
His literary works include:
